Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Articles 5 and 8 will be carried out not later than 40 days after receipt of goods by us.
The refund will be done by choosing silatel.com credit on your bank account or by bank check address on behalf of the client who placed the order and a billing address. No send-against in refunds will be accepted for whatever reason. Article 9 - Satisfied or refund You have a period of 7 days from receipt to return the product that you should not.
